"the best laid
plans of mice and men often go astray" as another great Bard once said.
With two weeks to go Chris intended to do short runs of one or two acts
a night but by Tuesday illness was starting to take it's toll on the
cast. There is always a plan B right? Well sort of....
Improvisation
is the key to success and with that in mind we worked on the hippy
transition with a couple of subtle changes and some very strange vocals
coming in from the direction of the director!
Angela
and Neil's hysterical "marriage proposal" is looking really good
and then there is the Corin/Touchstone scene and the sheep. Those damn sheep. I think Chris would have more luck herding cats than those sheep. I spent what felt like hours staring at Ginny's feet whilst swaying out of time to Fool On The Hill. I must remember my knee pads next time. That was agony.

You
can see it's all starting to come together, looking forward to the next
session where I get to put my Elvis into action, uh huh!
Cheers,
Grant.
